How we reply The desk replies within two working days. If you have given us enough to scope a pilot, the reply contains a one-page scope memo with calibration target, jurisdictions, time window and named contacts on our side. If not, we ask one round of clarifying questions before scoping.

A real capital decision

Best brief: a live acquisition, a specific bid, a portfolio rebalance you are weighing. Hypotheticals are fine but we will steer toward the concrete.

A jurisdiction and a window

"UK, next 18 months" is enough. We will narrow it during scoping. Multi-jurisdiction is fine; we'll prioritise the one that pays for the pilot.

A measurable outcome

If we cannot describe — in one sentence — what success looks like at the end of pilot, we have not yet scoped enough.
